What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer nationwide delivery across the country. In-stock items are typically delivered within 7-14 business days, while custom-made or special order furniture may take 6-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer professional furniture assembly services?
Yes, we provide a 'White Glove' delivery service for an additional fee which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly by our expert team, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made, bespoke, or hygiene-sensitive items like mattresses cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our furniture comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium sofas and mattresses carry extended warranties of up to 10 years.
Can I see the furniture in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can visit our physical showroom to experience the quality, comfort, and fabric finishes of our collections. Please contact our support team to check if a specific floor model is currently on display.
