At Moy Furniture Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your furniture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Schedule a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers or return smaller items directly to our showroom location during standard business hours.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
